| This is the amount of space allocated to your account. Each 100 megabytes represents approximately 5000 files. Additional disk space is available, or you can switch your account type to one with more disk space.
RAID
We use 4 drives to create a Redundant Array of Independent Disks (RAID) with fail-over. This means your account data is written across multiple drives. We use a three disk configuration with a fourth used for fail-over. In simple terms, this means if a drive fails, it will not result in any loss of data or downtime. We simply slide the bad drive out from its hot swappable bay and replace it with a new one. |
