Any chance Hard Hat will be upgrading to MySQL4 (http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/Upgrading-from-3.23.html) within the next few months?
The final "production" version was released on March 27th

Hey Bryan,
We do not have an ETA for MySQL 4. Having said that, we have had a few customers install MySQL 4 themselves. Obviously, it takes some knowledge of compiling software and MySQL.

Hi!
MySQL v5.0 is now officially released and we are still reselling accounts with v3. Doing a manual install of a newer mySQL version into each VDS resold is no longer a viable option for us.
Any chance of an update from HHH's software vendor regarding a firm ETA for an upgrade now that we are 3 major mySQL versions behind? MySQL v4.0 has been out for 2+ years, 4.1 was released shortly after after that, and now v5.0.
If HHH's software vendor can't/won't respond to the direct question of an ETA or upgrade, are there plans for HHH to offer something else for resellers that does support more current versions of common applications via the control panel?
Many thanks! I know what it's like to be in the middle, and I do not wish to offend, but it is kind of silly how long we have been waiting for mySQL 4.x as an installable valueapp for resold accounts.
Keep up the great work!
