Help with Installing Open Realty 2.4

Hi, I have tried to install Open Realty by creating a MySQL database but it does not work because Open Realty requires MYSQL 4.0.2. I get to the last step and then it displays that it can't install.

Does anyone know how i can get the updated version of MySQL. Or, has anyone installed Open_Realty on this server?
