PHP CAPTCHA script

Has anyone stumbled on a PHP CAPTCHA script, I'm getting a bit fed up with spam from bots. I was going to have a go at one but I'd rather not re-invent the wheel.

**Update** Now that I've explored around a bit... my favorite captcha script it reCaptcha which you can find <here> (http://recaptcha.net/).
