My site at 2nd spot on MSN but 0 traffic

Recently I found out that my site is ranking at the second position on MSN for the keyword "tooth brush". "tooth brush" is searched 3877 times on overture US according to Good Keywords.

But till now I recieved only 1 visitor from where I came to know that the site was at 2 place for "tooth brush"

How can I improve the number of hits?

Worry about your Google and Yahoo rankings for that phrase ... .lol ... no, seriously, MSN is horrible on traffic, and easy to rank for. Which makes it a mean joke for SEOs. You get proud of the ranking you accomplished and sad for the amount of traffic it yields....

So, you are ranking well on the search engine that handles barely over 1/10th of all the searches done online, for a keyword that isn't as commonly used over other alternatives. Which would be a good indicator of why you don't get all the traffic you may wish for.
