E-mail aliases for secondard domain name

It seems to say that I can set up aliases for secondary domain names. However, when I go to "Email FTP" and then to the "Aliases" tab and click on "New Alias", then "Email", the alias name only allows the first part of the address to entered. That is, before the "@main-account-domain.com". I would like to add one for "@secondary-domain-name.com"

This is how you can do it.

Make sure that you back up your virtusertable file. Everytime you add an aacount in the control panel you will need to restore the file and run the newaliases command. It's not pretty but it works.

Well, I loaded up /etc/mail/virtusertable and I was surprised that all of the POP accounts (and aliased accounts) automatically were set up for both domain names on the VDS.

For example,

fred@domain1.com fred
fred@domain2.com fred

Were in there. That's all I needed.

Thanks anyway for the info, Eric, on doing the some of those extend alias things. May come in handy later.
