SDADMIN4 down - 5:30 PM June 13th, 2005

SDADMIN4 server is down. We are attempting to repair the disk and do not have an ETA for when it will be back up. Please keep an eye on this thread for updates.

This effects all accounts within this IP range:
65.77.209.103 thru 65.77.209.204

Just a quick update. We have the server back online and now are installing the OS and next, we will be restoring the data. We still do not have an ETA, but we will keep this thread up-to-date. We appreciate everyone's patience and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Hooray...this server is back up and online. The data that was recovered is from a backup at 06:30 CDT Monday morning. If you have a critical need for data beyond this time, we may be able to recover it from the original hardware. Please submit a ticket if this is the case.

There may be some minor quirks with the server, such as quotas missing, etc. We will work quickly to get these resolved.
