We are experiencing some problems with the sdadmin5 server. If your IP address is between 69.44.16.11 and 69.44.16.72, your account is currently down. This has become a continual problem with this particular server and we have yet to pinpoint the cause. We are working hard to get the server back up and running. Please understand that there may be additional downtime as we continue to investigate what is causing the problems.

Depending on a local distributor's inventory, we will most likely be replacing some hardware on this server this evening. Please stay tuned for more additional information, including a schedule of when this will happen.

OK, the server has gone down again. We were going to schedule downtime for midnight tonight, but we have decided to move forward now. We are replacing hardware as I write this message. Downtime could be 1-2 hours, but hopefully less. Please stay tuned for any additional information. We appreciate everyone's patience as we try and resolve this problem once and for all.

We have replaced much of the hardware on this server and the server is up once again. So far so good. With our fingers crossed, we are hopeful this will once and for all resolve the problems we have been having with this server.
